MoodleFIX is built on more than 17 years of in-depth professional experience gained in both university and corporate environments. As a Senior Linux System Administrator and Moodle Expert, I have seen that many organizations face significant challenges when it comes to tailoring Moodle LMS to specific requirements, managing the risks associated with version upgrades, and optimizing server-side performance (Apache, PHP-FPM, MySQL). MoodleFIX was created to bridge the gap between development and operations through a DevOps-oriented approach and to deliver turnkey, optimized, and secure e-learning environments.

Full-Stack Expertise
We do not stop at the Moodle administration interface — we manage the entire technology stack. We are equally at home in database management (MySQL / MariaDB), server-side automation and programming (PHP OOP, Python, Bash, Perl), web server performance tuning (Apache MPM, PHP-FPM tuning), and frontend UI/UX modifications (HTML5/CSS3).

Version Control
All our work is Git-based, allowing code changes to be tracked at any time, developments to be managed separately and in isolation, and previous source code states to be restored whenever necessary. This minimizes the risk of faulty deployment and enables immediate rollback of errors.

At the client’s request, during planned version upgrades or migrations, we apply customized procedures and scenarios that reduce temporary downtime of the live system to the shortest possible period. Through thorough preparation in a test environment, detailed documentation, and, where necessary, the use of purpose-built automated command-line scripts, downtime can be kept to a minimum, ensuring an almost seamless user experience.
